Doesnt this also depend on the amount of rolls the user has? Because, they could have (this is unrealistic) 100m rolls and only have, lets say sovereign, opression, and gargantua; theyll be cooked for sure, but if we dont include the rolls, theyll be cooking

yes it depends on rolls. i did based them on rolls as well. for example the guy with arch angel and another global is in F tier bc he has 11.4m rolls
