First, Lisa is so on top of things. She's got such great energy.

It was actually Adam's idea to move to Piedmont. It was his dream. After we closed, it felt like a dream. We closed so quickly, you know, it was like a two-week process, which is, by the way, like completely a tribute to Lisa and her helping us navigate all the decisions that we needed to make.
But yeah, it's been a bit of a dream. Like, I can't believe that this is actually happening. We've been talking and thinking about it for so long.
