Hey y'all from downunder. No idea on length of that gator call it 10'11". But seeing sustainable harvesting is refreshing as it is entertaining seeing notifications of a new production. Keep up the good work. The sign of worthwhile viewing is that you still try hard to provide it even in poor conditions.....just remember safety 1st.....then cook later.....looking forward to that post!

That being said, he's requested that you do a video of cleaning and gutting an alligator. I've explained that UA-cam has special rules, but he says "label it as an educational with blood and they'll let it pass" lol!!

Man I just did this by myself without a boat and it was a lot of fun.
I sure do wish I could buy an Engel cooler with the Blue Gabe logo on it. When I was scuba diving near Ft. Myers in the 70's we found that the powerhead with the most power seemed to be the ones set up for .223. YMMV. Great video, God Bless.

We've started using our side scan on our hummingbird units, killed a 12'8 and a 12'4 on back to back days last season. Just about quit using baits all together since. Scan and snag. Try it out!

Makes my day to come home and see a video from both the Arrington brothers. Been on a few gator hunts here in central Florida, it sure is fun. We have a lake here called lake Hancock that has more gators than I have ever seen in one lake, some dinosaurs out there. Our town is known as the city of 100 lakes, we have one of the few chain of lakes in Florida. Luckily this lake isn't attached to the chain.

Good stuff brother!! You need to check out Lithium batterys for your boat. Days and days on a charge and you will lose 170% of your 36v weight . I will never go back
I tried using bait and never had much luck, but by the looks of how you do it, I'm sitting way to close to the bait. So you normally stay about 300 yards away? Enjoyed the video and nice gator! 11'4"? I've really been enjoying your videos, keep em coming
Man brother awesome video! The explanation at the end of the equipment I learnt something and I've been gator hunting be for. Not going to lie to you you're getting the hang of this UA-cam Thing. You’re almost as good at editing is you are at running a bobcat at this point .I think it's great. I hope everyone is following you on Instagram so no one misses anything. Very interesting that the season does not begin until mid August .... I know it never really gets that cold in FL (I even lived there for 6 months) ..... but I would think the season would begin in about May and go all summer ....

I always used 200 lb Dacron with a big ass 3 point treble set my chicken thighs out with some black coffee and livers/ blood in a bucket , put a lid on it for 3 days

I wish to God I could do what u guys do. Even for just a few days. To wake up and just decide to go spear fishing. I bought my fishing license this year after watching DMFD all winter and I have fished for days and days....weeks on end....AND HAVEN'T CAUGHT ANYTHING! AT ALL! I had 1 trout on and lost it before I got it to the bank! I'd LOVE to go saltwater fishing. The backwoods of WV aren't very plentiful it seems....
I'd love to meet you and DMFD and the crew....just to experience that would be amazing!

My tip, Get at least 2 lines in the gator as soon as possible, I've had them spit the bait before!
