My first choice for Forney would be Megatel Homes Bellagio. A lagoon community right next to the High School and has a brand new Lakepointe Church across the street. @@ScottBaxterRE Yeah Bellagio is great for families who want that life style the life there is always active energy never dies there that can get tiring for some especially if you have older family and relatives. I mentioned Walden Pond because it’s quiet and very reserved and offers the nature aspect and the Pond it’s also located adjacent to Devonshire which is also appreciated
@@gregorya2000 well lets get you in there then! Walden does have that kick back lifestyle that puts you in with nature and community. They have 40-50' wide lots which will be close to each other, but the price point is definitely there.
