@RealRedNinja so the house was being sold as is, but the seller was nice enough to split some of the repairs with us. So we painted the garage and barn due to pealing paint. They did some interior repairs and a concrete fix. We have 5 acres, so horses on property. Stoked bro, and I appreciate the positivity!
