As a PostDoc in Mathematics in Bremen (Germany), it's really interesting to see the different system in the graduate schools in the US. In comparison, PhD students in Germany usually can start with their research directly after their Master and do not have to take so many courses. However, they are usually funded for only three years... many of them have to extend their contract in order to get their PhD done.
Keep it up and stay strong! It's not far anymore. 💙

Congratulations! Knew you can do it. The last part of the PhD should be similar. As long as you don't royalty f up. You will get the PhD. The school wants you to get the PhD. In fact, they NEED you to get one at this point. Their reputation depends on it. Always keep that in mind.
