About Below Deck:

In his second season as Chief Stew, Fraser vows to be a firmer leader by delegating more and not worrying himself with befriending his stews. Tbf though he actually does need to worry, as chief stew he’s in charge of making sure all interior runs smooth and that includes chefs , food is such a massive part of interior as well so so when a chef isn’t up to standards it reflects on him and his management

I'm so tired of the Xandi and Frazier duo, they can go. This week episode Xandi had the nerve to say Barbie doesn't work and tried that on Paris. Love that Paris checked her really quick. Please dont bring back messy Ben. He had no business inserting himself in Barbie's and Kyle's issue when he can't control his own mess and perverted hands; made it worse. Chef Anthony got into chef Anthony’s head. Fraser rightfully reported Anthony’s timing and preference sheet issues to the captain after watching him struggle and HELPING HIM charter after charter. Chef getting fired was chef’s fault.

To be honest, there are parents that will straight disown you if you mess one thing up. It can’t be easy.
