i think trigger words along with visual triggers would be a good video idea! i enjoy switching between soft spoken and whispering, so that would be a good opportunity. :)

i suggest you to try some scratching (scratch a comb, a book, or anything that have texture in it) oh and maybe do a hand sound (rub, cracking) simple triggers but a lot of ppl get tingles with that.

awesome video! glass tapping is one of the best triggers. if you’re looking for some recommendations i suggest screen tapping and/or tracing, mouth sounds, visual triggers, cranial nerve exam, mic scratching, public/outdoor asmr, hairdresser role play, sleep clinic role play, ect.
