This reminds me of my friend Dylan, he had it all and then his wife Linda took the house and the kids. She also got the dog and put her down out of spite. I was his pill dealer so I got to watch the entire descent and they almost didn't let me attend the funeral, which is really fucked up when you think about it. They blamed his overdose on me but I really think it just speaks volume to how deeply ingrained toxic masculinity is in our society. I was his only support in his time of need and pills aren't cheap.
