I can see that Dani especially was very excited before the meal, and enjoyed it very much😂 . I totally agree the rempah is everything with mee soto because sometimes it ends up just being mee soup + ayam. Also when not deboned sometimes they use wing and there are more bones than meat. Even the bergedil looks solid( gemuk). This is a simple dish yet it isn’t easy to find a really good one. I think you scored !
I was overjoyed (an understatement actually) LOL. Like you mentioned, rempah is key to a good Mee Soto and that is why I am choosy when it comes to Mee Soto. It definitely was a big win with this Mee Soto, and that bagedil...OMG!
You sure get around our Small City Island. Nice isnt it that we can easily travel all around? Wow! The extreme version is huge. I look fwd to trying this but small version for me, extreme for hubby.
It is nice to be able to get to all these makan places. The extreme is definitely an upsized version if you feel that the normal one is not enough for you. I think your hubby will be happy with the portion. Hehe
Wah, ada sound effect...can hear Dani slurping the sup. I am very tempted to go try especially the soto and satay. May I ask how you came across this stall?
I was actually amazed that the mic was able to pick all that up. Lol We came across JustLazzat when they used to have a stall in the Kopitiam foodcourt in Northpoint. So while in Bedok, we found them and as they say, the rest is foodilicious history.
@SmallCityIsland Northpoint has grown to a point that it is hard to navigate these days. Super crowded at food court during meal times, long queues at banks. In the early days ( 90s) the mall was much smaller and not crowded. Good you found them in Bedok. Sounds like they arent at Northpoint anymore?
@SmallCityIsland btw the sound effect definitely adds to the " lazzat" feel of your video😋 In some cultures like Korean, it is considered a sign of appreciation to slurp.
@lindc1070 Yes! It is crowded most of the time😅. They are no longer in Northpoint, but recently they opened an outlet in one of the coffeeshop in Yishun. Easier for us 😬
when the intro video shows the 2 bowls of mee soto, i knew the one that has 2 bergedil is for dani.. however, u start the review that has 1 bergedil and i was like hmmmm.. end up, i was right.. hahaha.. the mee soto looks good too!! aside to the sambal kicap pairing, u should also try with asam pedas, rendang or anything that is savoury.. malay cakap 'bole tahan terok' 😂 you know whats better than satay in a cup? home bake cookies in a cup 😘😘😘 lastly, to that MF that complains about handling food with bare hands, sila meninggal 🤣🤣🤣
The Mee Soto is good bro! Kau kena cuba. Hahahaha, asam pedas and all that dipping sauces, I cannot ah bro. Anyway bro, that fella telah di meninggalkan. HAHAHAHAHAHA

I tapao my mee soto so I can add my own fried ikan bilis and mata lembu. Don't hate me.
I fully support eating the food in the way you find it to be the best. No one should be telling you otherwise.
