- A quick trip to New Jersey to drop one off and pick 2 1/2 cars up. Lincoln, Cadillac and a buick Electra wagon! One will be my new company shuttle vehicle! Papa bear came for the trip!

That George Washington Bridge, the ever-present traffic, the forever-increasing tolls, and the potholes are just a few of the reasons why I moved far away from the New York area over ten years ago. Brought back many memories. All of the above notwithstanding, excellent video.

Congratulations! That’s one sweet looking limo! I worry about that Deville, it may be low mileage but that Northstar is a ticking time bomb. I have a 2000 Deville based six door limousine myself with only 41,000 miles on it. It’s already starting the overheating issues, and I’ve been told it needs head gaskets. This sadly costs more than the car is worth....so that leaves me stuck with a beautiful black six door Caddy that I can’t enjoy!

I had a 03 Dts silver with the night vision camera in the grille. Had 20k miles on it when I bought it from my wife father in 06 I put 40k on it sold it in 2017. I miss it so much. I got 01 sts with the rare color sequoia . I love Lincoln town cars never had one yet but will get one soon.
I enjoyed the video. I liked the footage of the journey to get the cars and the journey back. It was interesting seeing the states. That cost to travel on that bridge is unreal! I liked the sneak peak. I saw a Oldsmobile Ninety Eight was coming! I am excited to see that one! You do have a lot of cars, but you know your business. It was good to see you and your father sharing the experience and doing things together. Thank you for sharing.

Hilarious watching this today July 25, 2022...heard on the radio it was 102 in New Jersey today...here in Ballinger Texas 47 days over 100 and usually over 105...my other mom lives in Camden Maine...next time coming down to visit!

Anthony, I don't know of many men who would leave a warm bed at 7:00am on a Sunday morning, for an out of state roadtrip to pickup two cars, and drag them home before the snow flies. Papa Bear is a prince of a guy, and a great man to call your Dad!
P.S. As I've said before, donate the P/T Cruiser to charity, and take a deduction off your taxes. You'll kill two birds with one stone, you'll get rid of a car that's just taking up valuable space, and you'll be giving your favorite charity a generous gift. You will feel great afterward!

i've owned both.. the towncar was bulletproof reliable, but the caddy was faster, more comfortable, and all around a nicer car.. though.. since i hate pushing a car off the road, probably take the towncar..
