From what I've seen as long as you don't mald and flipout, he always helps rebuild and gives junk back. That's what a lot of salty 76 players don't get is overreacting over something you can easily rebuild with one click is ridiculous. Even if they didnt have the resources to rebuild, someone would rebuild it for free.
