Very similar to Double Dragon Baseline which is in development but has been on hiatus for a while now. They've taken the IOS sprites and used them to try and recreate the game with enhancements.
The sprites look like they're a mix of the old iOS version (no longer available from the app store anymore though) and the ones from Zeebo. Don't think it's a new game but I'm impressed that they're able to get the sprites.
They seem to have taken a lot of inspiration from Double Dragon Advance. I know this is sacrilege to say but I think it's still the best game in the series. I'm also looking forward to Revive.
@@OliverJonCrossthere’s a patched version of super double dragon that absolutely fixes everything wrong with it and makes it have the level layout of the Japanese version. Trust me, you’ll want to find it.

Looks like something from OpenBor using redrawn assets from Advance and bits from other games. But I'd still play it.

Good start. What needs to be improved, in my view:
- background animations
- music

I don't think this footage is using real Neo geo hardware...it looks very much like an early concept from this.

I'm getting zeebo double dragon and openbor vibes. Just my opinion
For a NeoGeo game, the sprites are too small. Even Final Fight on the SNES had bigger sprites and seems like more color. But I’ll wait and see.
The enemies in DD swarm you and are relentless. In this trailer version they are way too passive.
