One thing I’m not sure if someone else mentioned is how convenient these would be for people with disabilities or limited movement. Sure a regular knife and spoon can do everything just fine, but if you’re arthritic then a large surface is easier to hold onto.

Gadgets can be good, if they are designed to be used with some kind of disability or if they are specifically made to be used in restaurant kitchens, where they have to prepare a lots of produce in a short time. In an everyday kitchen, these gadgets are not much more than plastic waste.
I love that you dice your onion the efficient way. So many people add superfluous horizontal cuts, despite the fact that the onion already naturally separates there.
I have no issues just using a knife and spoon and it always comes out great but I can see how these can be really helpful for people with issues with movement

Hailing from The Land of Enchantment and really great Guacamole, 🥑-New Mexico-🥑, I heartily approve of this video! A couple slight notes: 1. traditional Guac, as we call it in "the biz", uses a jalapeño or green chili (canned is fine but fresh is best). 2. if you're in a hurry it's fine to skip chopping up the other veg/chili and use a good, thick and chunky jar of salsa and just add some lime or lemon juice. Muy Frio, verdad!

yeah that first avocado masher is just plain bad design. having the handle at one side of the masher instead of in the center pretty much guarantees that it’s gonna bend.

In my country, Ecuador, that is an everyday thing. Also when they're ready to eat you can buy it for a low price, like 4 or 5 for 1 USD
Put it in a paper bag and wrap the paper bag, fold the top, and wait for 1-3 days all avocados inside will ripen
