I've done this on a couple of our F150s and it does provide better heat transfer than the plastic ... not sure that really matters that much, but it definitely looks much better than the plastic tank ..

Screw that I'd polish that other one like a mirror and put it on. That's why it came RAW lmao no it's sanded to hold a mirror finish polish
