The Lunar New Year Twilight Lantern Parade 2023 at Chatwood

As part of 2023 Chatswood Year of the Rabbit Festival, the Willoughby City Council and the NSW Government proudly presented this event to celebrate the lunar new year. The parade took place through the main streets and hubs of Chatwood, showing all cultures that celebrate the lunar new year, creativities, traditional customs, and of course the lanterns. Some of the parade participants: chinese lion dance (barongsai), golden rabbits, Thailand community dressed up in their traditional clothes, lantern lady, Falun Dafa marching band, lady on a white inflatable horse-shaped lantern, Australia International Elite Cultural & Arts Center, Dance Tribe.
