I’m of the opinion it’s not exploiting if the developers continue to leave it in the game/not fix it. You fucked up the coding, not the players. Don’t punish the players for your own incompetence.

Any player that would do such outrageous bug abusing in just 1 single game as Spear Shot does for past over a week multiple times in every of his 20 games a day would get banned permamently automatically and there would be no option to appeal for unban. Meanwhile Spear Shot abusing the bug already about thousand times and there is not reaction from RIOT GAMES despite I believe huge amount of people reporting him on League's support site with POV of him abusing multiple times this bug, but he is a Riot's Content Creator so I guess he is allowed to abuse bugs for his favor. Sad state of the game, when you are Content Creator you can do whatever you want, flame, feed, int, abuse bugs, shit on other player without any penalty; meanwhile any regular player doing such thing = perm ban, sad...
