Nice to see another FJ on the trail! Next time you’re out, drop your tire air pressure to between 15 psi and 18 psi. That will soften up the ride considerably.
very cool video i liked it a lot.. though i see your rear suspension is waaaay to stiff the front a bit less but the rear it doesent move at all.. on mine there is way more flex and i have the same setup as you.. did you get the high load leaf springs? if so just disasemble the pack and take some leafs out..
I think I will do that. Thank you for the tip! It is a rough rider right now. I have asked several people but they all say just lower tire pressure. @@nicotrial
Hey man I got an 1977 FJ40. Little bit younger than you in 19. It don’t got a soft tip too ! Pls make more of these vids ! let’s connect on social media
Love the video!!
buddys got the notis on
Nice video. You need to air down those tires. It will make it smoother and easy to crawl over the rocks.
will do! I think you are right. Noob mistake. I appreciate you watching my video.

yes. I headed up to the mountains recently. Such a smoother ride with lower tire pressure. Thanks for the tip and thanks for watching!
that cinematography was crazy
Nice! Wish there was a place like that near me!
Some parts of the forest in the video are burned down. But still beautiful. Hope you enjoyed the video.
@@cheekyspencer I did enjoy! Yes!
That land cruiser is Sick! Love everything about it. I see what u mean on the bumpy ride…maybe add air ride? Do you have the restoration video on it?
Yes, Its the video on my channel of "How I rebuilt a 1966 Toyota Landcruiser with my Dad"

or just for fun add some big wheel spacer they will put more force on the springs since it has more levrage and will flex more also makes it look cool

My FJs will never see off road again - Only pavement
Cant judge. I'm guessing shes a little bit more "pretty" than mine.
@@cheekyspencer pretty yes - I just can’t take it off road for what I put into it - imagine a tree branch just cutting into it gives me cold sweats
That’s a shame! But I get it. They are costly little buggers. I however, will continue to enjoy the outdoors in mine :)
@@FJAdventurer I get city driving
@@lazlosfj40garage58 Get another one for wheeling!

Damm man your videos are more asthetic than a lot of trailing vids I saw with the FJs
Appreciate it. How long have you had yours? I am based out of California. WBU
