It shows Yae's samsara (circle of life or something) or you could say her possible fate I guess. It didn't show her real past. Her good ending with Kallen was also just a dream too. After that I don't really know. She met the little guy, help him unseal his power, fight, then got that power for herself and become immortal or something...
