Maybe he should come back to Porto, we will welcome him back without a doubt (especially if conceincao leaves) and congratulate his tremendous work in the Premier league!
If Reading had a Chinese company worth $20b take them over, and a shady Jorge Mendez as their agent to sort all of their deals out, and 370m to spend on a new squad like Wolves did, I’m sure it’d be easy for them to achieve that..
Probably the nicest guy in the premiership. Absolute legend. Great club. Best fans in the premiership. This from a liverpool fan. All the best to wolves 👍👍
Even as a Man United fan I felt emotional at the end of the game. Nothing but respect for what this man's done at Wolves. I wish him the best for the future.
🙏 This is the first time in my lifetime 34 years I think wolves 🐺 had a world class manger he did wonders with the time he had. Let’s hope they can improve and come back stronger next season 🙏
I've been involved in sports all my life and I've never been felt as emotional as now with Nuno. What he created at Wolves from day 1 was so special and building such a strong foundation for all involved. Players, staff and fans and the city of Wolverhampton. Unique character. IMO Wolves should have provided the funds and players he desired. But I wish Nuno nothing but the best going forward.
I hope he stays in the Premiership. Nuno is a top manager and a Gentleman. He brought some top players to the League and a brand of football we all love to watch
Great coach, amazing journey from championship to beating top teams in Premier League, this guy for me is 2nd Diego Simeone and Jose at hes Prime in Porto and Inter Mediolan.
I am actually in tears.... Fosun and Jeff have a lot to answer to. Cannot see how we are going to cope. This is starting to smell like Mendez wanting Lage to come to us. Championship beckons, I can see players moving. I cannot see many of those that came BECAUSE of Nuno wanting to stick around. Really gone and shot ourselves in the foot. Our fans forget we went through how many managers in a short space of time before finding Nuno? Another Walter Zenga beckons. I honestly see us battling relegation with half our squad wanting out next season.
Mr. Nuno is a superb manager ! 👍 I support Man City but the work he has put in at Wolves shows ! Greay guy with smashing beard how can u not like him ? 😂 My respect 🙏🏻
I'm a Watford fan and despite some rivalry between our clubs I have always liked Wolves under Nuno, they have been a pleasure to watch. When I heard he was leaving I was genuinely sad, it reminded me of the day Graham Taylor announced he was leaving and going to Villa back in the late 80's. We got Dave Bassett in. He changed the whole backroom staff and everything fell apart after that. I hope that does not happen to Wolves. Good luck Nuno and good luck Wolves next season.
I realize what I am saying is perhaps difficult however here goes. Nuno has been an inspiration at our great club and like owners, managers are also custodians and often progress requires timing. The time is right to look forward after reflecting on Nuno's achievements and now support the new team to take us to a level where we can genuinely compete for and win trophies so that we can all say Nuno's legacy was the bedrock of future success.
I kept up with Championship football for wolves because of this man. The last 2 seasons in PL, Wolves have been my favourite team to watch. It’s a shame big nuno has left, class manager ✊
Still something not right about him leaving. Did he want to leave or did the board give him the option to leave instead of being told to go? He seemed keen to stay for next season up until this week
Tbf i think finishing 13th is still good considering the injuries we have had , Raul Jimenez our main striker ,neto ,podence , Jonny, boly was out all injured
palace?😂😂 mate this guy is the real deal , he ain’t sticking around at a team like that. He’s managed Porto Valencia and now Wolves, I think he’ll go to Spurs .
Wolves had a good squad but their injury to the main forward lost motion and failed to get the goals needed to push the club up the premier league table.
A great defensive coach. Attack wins u some games but defence wins u titles, on a top club he would win a title I think, he is at an Unai emery, Arteta ... Level
I know this season they haven't lived up to the heights of the previous years but Nuno has worked wonders at Wolves
Mainly due to injuries losing your main striker is hard for any team
They lost their two best players and their striker due to injury. The fact that they didn't get relegated is an achievement in itself
Nuno to Spurs imo. Good luck anyway.
Classy both on and off the pitch.
