I think it has good SA break too :) Good for utility skills like luring the 1st boss from GDN, destroying the webs from Apo nest and the crystals from Manti nest and clearing easily the 2nd to the last stage in Archbishop Nest and etc. Sea Dragon Frost Nova is probably the best for you too since you're an EL.
As for the damage. GOD! Please don't use Geraint plates. The damage is hideous. Trust me! About 450 mag. Attribute . See? Fireball is about 1400 mag. Att. Per ball. I dunno how many fireballs though..

I really loved the game, but yeah, it was ruined beyond repair. I don't think I'll find another mmo that is as action oriented as Dragon Nest. Most mmos are very bare bones when it comes to the actual framedata/hitboxes/properties of a move. Not to mention animation used to be top tier as well. This game had insane potential, but now even DFO is massively more successful than it is right now (which is quite hilarious in hindsight).
