I thought the movie was pretty good. Good animation, good fight scenes but I didn't play the video game of it
Its a bit outdated tho but you can still try, its really intense and challenging when it comes to pvp, satisfying when you get good on it.

As a DN player, this movie disappointed me. They totally glossed over Argenta's character (was she ever that meek and nice?) , and turned her and Geraint into human/dragon hybrids. The story was more of the typical love story between two teens from different races than the epic battle of the Six Heroes, Argenta and the Black Dragon. Liya and Lambert's personalities were so typical, the story could have been better off without them. But hey, Argenta actually turned into a silver dragon (I'm guessing they just left out everything about the monolith for that to happen). And now the sequel doesn't look like it will feature any one of the Six Heroes aside from Nerwin. :/

I agree to disagree but I respect your opinion. But for me, It's good because there is something to look upon to; even if they change Argenta's personality because you can see how Argenta's cold personality build up by starting to break her sweet and caring nature also anothing thing is that 'It's expected that they will change some things in the movie for non-DN players and also DN players to enjoy to like c`mon do you really like to watch a movie that you already knew because you played DN or by reading the story that is being told? And by adding some romance like for example Liya and Lambert is a good thing since there are a culture barrier that is happening between Humans and Elves there is a hidden message in this like for instance
(Love conquers all; It doesn't matter if both of your race are different what matter is the mutual feeling that you share with each other). That is all, Thank you.
Your opinion. To me, it was a movie that totally wasted my time. And yes, I would not have minded seeing the ACTUAL story of the six heroes. You don't need to have a love story between a human and elf to know about the differences in the species. The lore of the game totally explained all the conflict perfectly, manifested by Geraint's attempt at getting the different classes to work together for the common good (and we all know his attempt, though successful, didn't really unite the people together). I probably wouldn't have minded Liya and Lambert if they weren't made the main protagonists of the movie. C'mon, it was supposed to be a movie about the Six Heroes and Black Dragon raid, not some stereotypical cross species love story. They left out so much, in all honesty, which was why I consider it a disappointment. The lore of the Monolith, the chaos dragon, ancient dragon, the war of the ancients...I'm not planning on watching the sequel, I"ll probably just go and create a new character and experience the story all over again.
Again, it's for the benefit of non-DN players to understand the culture in the game. Is it Geraint's attemp to getting the classes to work together as one or is it Princess Nerwin intention? Well, Geraint wants to get the Black Dragon's gem before it falls to a wrong hand. Also you mention about the Six Heroes and Black Dragon raid well it happened there what else are you expecting? LOL! They don't emphasis the romance but as I see it strengthen the idea of having a casualties in the battle (I'm talking about the time where they battle the B. Dragon). And also, You do really know how hard it is to make an animated movie? You expect to include the Lore of the Monolith, The Chaos Dragon, the Ancient Dragon, The war of the Ancients in 90 minutes? LOL! Am I right? C`mon don't be so narrow minded miss coz' it's annoying. :)
PS: As a fellow DN player, I'm disappointed in you. Sorry.
