Your poadcasts are one of tools in this way .I learned many things by self-learning. You can made some poadcasts in this field. Unfortunately many of people after formal education forget that learning is vital for all in the living.

That is what I have been thinking about healthy life.
Before that I had been going mountains and walking steadily
    for decades.
Recently, I have been running about three or four times a week with moderate speed.
Actually , my speed is as same as walking. But the result is much different.
I weighed 55Kg for about 30years .But I have been maintaining 52 kg since I ran.
I never knew that was very helpful for my good shape and healthy.
Everybody says to me “You are in better shape than before”
I am very happy about that…

Thanks spotlight I always learn something important of you! Well !! To be healthy I walk everyday, I eat healthy, fruits, vegetables etc, I don’t like to eat after 5pm , I drink to much water, a glass of milk in the night, I don’t smoke, no drugs. I sleep well .
Im really proud of myself, and my daughters have learned of me !! That is very important, because they have a good weight , but now I’m encouraged my friend to have healthy habits to teach to her children of that way they will learn and will have less health problems and for sure to have a good weight .

The science of living a long and healthy life encompasses a variety of factors that contribute to overall well-being and longevity. Genetics play a role, but lifestyle choices have a significant impact. A balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins, along with regular physical activity, is crucial. Avoiding or moderating harmful habits like smoking and excessive alcohol consumption also contributes to longevity. Adequate sleep, stress management, and maintaining strong social connections are vital for mental and emotional health. Additionally, staying mentally engaged through learning, hobbies, and cognitive challenges can support brain health. Regular medical check-ups and early detection of health issues, along with access to quality healthcare, further enhance the potential for a long and healthy life. Thanks, SPOTLIGHT ENGLISH!

    Science
What if someone's health problems came from doctors ,nurses and pharmacists .
-Recentely I went to a mental health clinic as I used to do since years , I found another doctor ,she is a woumen ,she prescripted medicines to me and she took photo of a prescription ,she didn't sign a prescription so I can get medicines for free at a chemistry ,another problem too pharmacists always refuse to give give me some king a medicine that is necessary to me ,they all say we don't have it here , the pill ,medicine exist in chemistries but I have much enemies in the countries who ordered them to not sell me that kind of medicine ..are they humans or animals or criminels ..they want to suffer ,cause my health to make it complcated ,because if I don't take that kind of medicine ,I fell depressed ,angry ,stressed ,unable to sleep or to do anything ..in addition without this medicine effect my body ,blood pressure , heart ,,,,,etc ..I accuse a pharmacist who lives in the capital city of Algeria Amira with other criminels like her .
-I wonder how England ,USA accept like those students of medicine or chemistry
