Jack Walton it's the way to train he gives the best advice to for naturals in my opinion if your natural the only things that work are basic exercises, fuck cable cross overs and reverse flys etc...deadlift, bench,squat(leg press) weighted pull ups weighted dips, shoulder press and straight bar curls, that's the best way uve seen to get the Vtaper, and you grow much faster , don't get more wrong me and my mate train pumpy stuff like machine presses, pushdowns, cable lat pulldowns, but honestly people should know this by now, metabolic stress, heavy weights, even if you dropset it which is what I usually do , you get best of both worlds, if you just dead lift and bench you'd be massive after a few months
I love how bodybuilding videos are intrinsic b8 to the uninitiated. They just can't see videos like this without mentioning steroids as if they actually know what that means. Its not interesting or controversial and you thinking he more than eats his Wheaties in order to get his muscles that large doesn't show everyone that you "get it" like you are hoping. It just makes you look insecure and foolish to anyone who knows anything at all about the work this guy puts in to accomplish his goals.

i went from 370-200 and never did cardio apart from walking the dog occasionally ,,,i dont like cardio so for me its unsustainable ,if you like it do it but donrt forget lifting weights and the diet is more important to retain muscle mass as you lose fat ...diet and weight lifting alone worked for me
