So, trauma is aging. I understand that so well. It will definitely influence the peace of our soul. The good will come of how we transform as a result to trauma. Many people say that their disease is what was the best thing they ever experienced.
This is synchronisation as it has answered the questions I have been asking and more. My path was illumination with my latent self understanding and how relieved and joyful I feel. To fully embrace the process of ageing is not to be feared as portrayed by society but as an acceptance of all that you have learnt - good and not so good but in the understanding at whatever point we are accepted by a power greater than ourselves. What a realisation.
