It's photoshopped.
The middle one on the photo is obviously real Dillon Francis laying his arms around two other guys. If they were to wear masks Dillon would have needed to match the facial expression of the mask by 100% which isn't humanly possible. So actually they took the normal photo and Ctrl+C Ctrl+V 'd it onto their faces.
