@@Om0m007 As AO, you will manage your subordinates to get things done. Things such as approving PF, Pension & other claims from members. As EO, you will visit establishments to enforce compliance with EPF act and schemes. Yes, you go on surprise inspections and do well planned raids. You search, seize, attach, do FIR etc as an EO. So EO is more challenging and risky. Hope you get the idea. Good luck to all!

I'm shortlisted in UPSC EO/AO 2023....but your way to explain " field work...responsibility...👍 👌 🎉" I watch the video of your brother Manuj Jindal.. how he gets selected in UPSC NDA due to some reason he has to leave from there... then he struggles and becomes an IAS officer after succeeding in UPSC CSE exam so it is an inspiring and we People probably learn a little bit of something....

No stay till late .. because all the works are done by the SSAs they usually go home after 7 PM some of them even after 8 PM
