I'm at 1080p and this looks like a blown up postage stamp. I can't see much of anything and the words on the screen are illegible. Additionally, it's not 2005, NS -- if you want to do something short, make it a short; if you're doing a video, pick a few hosts to give viewers are more in depth look into the research. Not every video has to have a Scientific American Alan Alda on site experience. A Healthcare Triage (UA-cam channel) look at an submissions editorial type of review would be fine, and if you're looking for a more everyday person's interest, maybe a less rigorous review, like and Answers with Joe (also a UA-cam channel) might be a better fit. Follow up, the postage stamp issue seemed to have been a YT data management issue; after the pause to comment, the video quality improved.
