I no longer have any vices because of Mr.Watson & I haven't missed a work out in 2 fuckin' years! No days off NON NEGOTIABLE! I wake up EVERY morning at 3:30 and I'm first in the parking lot EVERY day at the gym. Combine this with a flawless diet and the results have been astronomical. I have a family to care for now
I stopped drinking, now I have to get into shape, watch my spending, got mattress money now, thanks to Wes I realized I can do more, not just bare minimum, “enough “ to get by …push your self, no days off, thank you Wes, Guerrero fitness and SuperHuman fathers!
@@Holywalk1 i didn't do it because of Wes but ever since I started watching him just a few days ago, I noticed he hints at and even preaches concepts I learned in my spiritual development. The main idea that made me my money was "what can I offer to society that is worth rewarding me for in higher amounts than my current earnings?" I kept this mindset and kept adding value to my name. I did it after my release 4 years ago. Took me 1 year to do a 360 change.

I’ve been through a ruff patch the last few years and have been hanging in there but it’s not been easy. A switch flipped just a few days ago and I’m in a better mind set. Holy smokes I thought this pod was gonna be all prison, doom and gloom and thought about switching, but WOW. One of the most valuable pods I've ever watched. I'm on my spiritual path and have been for a few years now so it was SOO refreshing to watch this content from two guys I hella respect.

I found the Bhagavad Gita and meditated like crazy in prison. I went in a loser, and came out totally transformed. It's been 6 years now and I graduate college this semester. Prison life and monk life are very similar, it changed me for the better.

Yeah man, everybody who goes to prison should use the opportunity to transform themselves through meditation and yoga.
Its the best thing you can do in prison and maybe even in general.

Mike has a wisdom too where you can tell he’s building off of what he already knows and the collaboration on this is unparalleled. I love the educational information in this video! I love when Wes said your frequency is what you frequently see! Yo he put that into one sentence, it’s like Albert Einstein could tell you what these two are saying and you would believe it, but some people because of Wes or mikes tattoos or language wouldn’t listen. But these two are saying the same things that an Einstein or Neville Goddard would say but With a different style and I love it!!!
Me as a Hispanic and been through a lot trouble. Took me a while to change. God I thank you for bringing me into a great podcast. White, Asian, Hispanics or blacks, doesn’t matter what race we are all brothers.

Probably one of the best I've seen of Wes. He still swears like a sailor but this time I could hear his message and better yet I could receive it because it was not so crude if that's the right word. Really love the part where he talks about there being a better way. Learning and growing like it's our job that provides not just satisfaction in life but rewarding as well in your finances... get that vibration right!

My story: 2 felonies, completed years of probation, had to wait 5 years after probation was completed to expunge, got the expungement, and am now in my D2 (second year) of dental school. Along this journey the gym taught me unwavering discipline and allowed me to do my best thinking. Would love to do an interview one day if you ever wanted Big Mike. Stay up everyone 😤

Respect Kings aye it’s been about a month since I’ve put down marijuana stopped alcohol for good been working on my body for the last year after Covid, I’m working towards “putting purpose over pleasure” & I’m crushing it I’ve shredded a lot of fat looking to get lean & put on more muscle. I can run up to 10k miles on average 5k every other day. I bench press at home working towards getting a gym membership. You guys wisdom are unmatched it’s literally changing my mindset! 👊🏾💯💯

Great interview mike and Wes! Great collab. I get Wes’s point about flossin and flexing on people and that they’re the most “humble” but genuinely some people just don’t want to come off as that person and would rather be conservative and that person can just as “humble”. There’s nothing wrong with doing both. Also if you think about it, the wealthiest people don’t “flex” they dress like an average joe so just to put that out there.

Bro I’m in a similar position as I have guys approach me to get trained by me and I do charge them to join in on my sessions when I’m working out and the money is so they can take it seriously as I want them to get the results.. But see after hearing you talk about how it can affect your conscious I was hoping to get more clarity on it..
Is what I’m doing wrong? I don’t give one on one training instead it’s a group work out and I still would like to make a living from it

Brothers I was also incarcerated for some years and built a physical ,mental and spiritual life during my time. Unfortunately internet was not as popular like now.
