ALEX, YOU ARE A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. Your work and attention to detail was amazing to watch. As an automotive instructor I show my students your video to enforce the rewards of doing a job correctly and having pride in your work. Never compromise!
Extremely satisfying to watch! You did a great job! Beveled your joints and back purging when needed. Most people wouldn’t bother doing that. Great stuff man!
I really enjoyed watching this process. You look like you enjoy your work and that makes it a lot easier to sit back and watch from the passenger side.
I built a rams horn turbo manifold for a sohc ka-t project. It was made from steel elbows and I mig welded it together. It turned out pretty good for what I was working with. Now that I have a tig and more experience, I am going to give this a go on a 360 v8 project I think. See what happens, wish me luck.
@15:51, that half smile is a clear sign of pride in your work. I bet you were thinking something along the lines of "damn, the person receiving this is going to love it".
For those wondering what that calm ass song is in the beginning, it's Carter Vail - Melatonin. Sweet ass track. Also dude awesome job on this project. I hope I'm as good as you once I get this welding ball rolling. About to start school.
@@danielohara1040 He fills the inside of the manifold with argon(emptying the oxygen), so that when he is welding from the outside, the inside comes out perfect as well.
@@matt10011987 Ideally you purge. But there are plenty of turbo manifold/headers out there stitched together with tig and mig welders who don't purge. It can compromise durability but it's not an absolute necessity.
Please post more videos fabricating i love it, im a welder myself but i plan on going my own route and starting a custom fab business of my own! Amazing work buddy!
Awesome video man! This was the first vid of yours I've seen, definitely gonna be watching some more. This is the kind of work I want to do in the future, huge inspiration!
Great work! But I wonder why you decided to choose so much diffrent length of the pipes. To my knowledge diffrent pipe length is a massive performance restriction. It also has bad effects inside the engine like diffrent backpressure and diffrent exhaust temperatures per cylinder.
Like the music I like the setup you have and it’s awesome you back purge. Some shops don’t. Only issue is you need to control the heat a little more. That copper look on the weld is metal fatigue. Keep up the great work.
I loved this video. So satisfying and your welds are perrrrrfect. I only wonder why you decided to create runners with such a length difference? Runner with your logo is like 4x longer than the shortest here. Hmmm
Awesome work but I’m curious as to why you weld the parts and stick it on the fan. Wouldn’t you want it to cool off naturally so it wouldn’t be prone to cracking.
So I’m new into really understanding tig welding. And in regards to the cup size, any insight on using such a wide cup and tungsten length? Is it due to the hard to reach angles? I appreciate it everyone

Awesome! One day I would love to have a workshop like that. Manifold looks stunning. Love the colors
You are my teacher and i'd wanna learn more by your talent of exhaust manifold work
Shine on you Drazy Ciamond . Ooooh purge gas welding .. Respect, nuff said.

Not normal every manifold a piece of art you got to be proud of every one of them greatings from holland
It really makes you appreciate the time and effort that went into this
Video didn't even finish before I subscribed. A true professional, astounding work.
Great video, phenomenal music selection. I get the irony of playing metal music on weld videos but this is a refreshing change up haha
Отличная работа ! И отличная мастерская ! Привет из Беларуси =)
Wow, great video! Good sound track, badass welding skills, bad ass manifold! Thanks for sharing!

A master at work, a lot of love in that manifold, I think worth every cent.
Жю яя😲😲🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐂🐼🐼🐼🐺🐺🐹🐭🐭🐽🐽🐽🐖🐖🐷🐷
I Agree.
Good for you bro for actually purging your stainless! For all you "real welders" out there, this is how it's done.
I dont know how you couldn't purge on this. Any manifold builder knows you can't not purge...
Any turbo manifold at least, too much money to let some slag flake off
What do you mean by purging?
@@danielohara1040 He fills the inside of the manifold with argon(emptying the oxygen), so that when he is welding from the outside, the inside comes out perfect as well.

Watching this video POINTED something out I was completely missing from my build.. THANK YOU for this.
Really nice job,I think that can be so interesting to know more about setting like gas flow and amperage🔝
Good work dude! I like the look of the welds under that light in the end.
Awesome video man! This was the first vid of yours I've seen, definitely gonna be watching some more. This is the kind of work I want to do in the future, huge inspiration!

Big respect from 🇩🇪
Great workmanship who sings that song i really fell into it
Truly a work of art, if I didnt already have a different setup in my evo x I would've bought this stock location manifold ✌🏻😁
Thats beautiful! But some ppl say that runners must be the same length because of the back pressure
Thanks for letting us check out your art project. Good Lord.
This guy Wells very well I've been welding for over 30 plus years preparation is everythingI like the way he took the time to bevel all his pipes
Beautiful work
Insane work. Pure art.
That was a great video. I love seeing things being built from the ground up! Keep it up!

WUAOOOOO !!!!!!! Beautiful brother.... i would it love to see this in TY .
Nice welding!..also great tunes
Loved the video, definitely in for more videos like this! Keep up the good work
Great work!
But I wonder why you decided to choose so much diffrent length of the pipes. To my knowledge diffrent pipe length is a massive performance restriction. It also has bad effects inside the engine like diffrent backpressure and diffrent exhaust temperatures per cylinder.
If you see better he use large diameter for longest pipes to compensate the diference
Keep’em coming!!! Beautiful man!!
That manifold came out amazing!
Awesome! Great job. 5% bonus hp for this
existe algo llamado resonancia y depende del diametro y largo de la salidas del multiple donde el LARGO TIENE QUE SER IGUAL EN LOS 4 TRAMOS .....
I just saw it Dames🤟🤟🤟🤟 on his helmet 🤣🤣😂😛your work is mint bro im inspired by you im subscribing liking and sharing
i miss doing car shit, i once did shit like this as a side hustle now I run my own welding/pipe fitting business, do miss the easy days
this is relaxing to watch
Amazing work! Good job 👍
Absolutely amazing, time and effort = brilliant
Man what great work awesome
Looks sick
Nice job
Is possible to make all the pipes to bee equal length?
I believe is healthier for the engine
Alex, excellent work, mad respect. You just got my subscription!
Great workmanship
But why not match cylinders to each scroll? Wouldn't you want 1&3 together? Or 1&2
Beautifully done sir
Excellent job. I sure wish I get that good so I can use my everlast welder to make my own manifold.
very good job
Great shrincage estimation. Bu bro why not do the 2-3 above and 1-4 to sides to have equal length?
Very good work !!!! Mike Hamburg

You don't know what you're on about it's a skill set he's done a top job

amazing job well done! 🥳🥳🥳👍👍👍👍👍 I saw in the video that cut the degrees that I can find this tool; What do you say ?
Молодец Алекс)
Amazing stuff. Do you have a link to the wheel you use on your bench grinder to polish up the stainless?
True art and skills!
I loved this video. So satisfying and your welds are perrrrrfect. I only wonder why you decided to create runners with such a length difference? Runner with your logo is like 4x longer than the shortest here. Hmmm
For my experience I think all pipes should be same lenght..
For single scroll turbocharger thats true, but not for twin scroll

very good this welding process maybe does...
Wonderful!
