- April is Adenomyosis Awareness Month
Before this month ends, I decided to record this video about my personal experience on having Adenomyosis in order to help raise awareness. I’ve seen lectures on UA-cam on what Adenomyosis is, but very few videos from those who experienced it firsthand. I hope 🤞 in my small way, I can help spread the word so people can be more understanding of what we are going through.
I am here to do what I can do to raise awareness.

I remember i was diagnosed with adenomyosis even when i was still actively attending the gym. Its so frustrating it made me anemic and raised my blood pressure due to this disease. Now i have anemia and hbp at the same time and adenomyosis. I no longer exercise, its so disappointing.

@@EngkantadahSaludar I have two kids na din po kaya nag decide nalang po ako namagpatanggal ng matres kasi sobra sobra na po ang sakit every month.

Actually nagpatanggal na po ako ng matres but the trauma brought by Adenomyosis and Endometriosis is so bad.

Meron din po aq adenomyosis,, same tayo ng lahat ng symptoms at pati mga iniinom na gamot halos d na tumatalab😔sobra hirap buti anjan asawa q lagi nka agapay kapag nasumpong na.
