So healthy I’m going to incorporate this into my healthy lifestyle with Chicken, beef seafood and Pork again AMAZING !! My first tri tip on my BGE was so amazing it became my favorite. I've only tried it a few times since but I never managed to make one as awesome as that first one.

I am a fan of your cooking shows. I have learned a whole lot from your Weber kettle cooking. My silly question is would you prefer Malory Fire Wall or SNS Slow and Sear if you have to choose? I know you got both but not sure which one I should buy. Thanks

Thanks! Yes, it’s like using the Slow n Sear or snake method-the unlit charcoal ignites and extends the burn time.

Not all black garlic is created equal. The sweeter the garlic bulb, the more caramel note is present. Ry- which brand did you use?
