I have anxiety disorder too and I can cut pictures to my hearts content, but when it comes to collage my anxiety rises. I am binge watching your videos I find them funny and calming while I can't sleep in the night and spare time. Much love from Ann 🏴 Uk
Hello Annmarie!! One thing that helped me in the beginning of my Glue Book journey to combat the anxiety of it, was to glue randomly. My Big Random glue book was started because I just wanted to glue and not have all the pressure of “doing it right”. So I glued down random square images, and the more I did it the better I got, and I felt less pressure because it didn’t have to match. Another type of glue book that helps with anxiety, is a color glue book. I would make one page all red images, a page of all blue images, etc. I hope these ideas help and encourage you to just glue and have fun. There is no wrong way to glue, and once you release the pressure on yourself and just glue for fun, it becomes a very relaxing and an anxiety reducing activity! Hugs!!❤️

I go through my books similarly but I rip out things that are small on the pages amen only pull entire ones once in awhile. 💕
