Merci beaucoup mec ! Tout est une question de détente ! Plus tu seras détendu au niveau du poignet, plus tu gagneras en vitesse et en précision ! Attention donc à ne pas forcer sur tes articulations, également au niveau du coude !
Le choix du médiator est aussi hyper important, plus qu'on ne le pense ! J'utilise des Dunlop Jazz III XL ! J'espère que ça pourra t'aider 😁
