Im Latvian and many Latvians born after 1990 dont even know about The Baltic way. I heard about it from my parens when I was 10 or so, but thats it. This is that kind glue that many people nowadays have lost.
I’m pretty sure 2010 kids have no idea about this, but 1990 kids do know. Idk about your school in Latvia but in Estonia we have not forgotten how we got our freedom and we always talk about it especially in History class!
@@xxangeliccutie7686 dont latvians celebrate this day and show it on tv like in lithuania??
@@domasgvazdauskas3129 I don’t know, because I don’t live in Latvia, I live in Estonia. Lithuania seems to celebrate this day much more than Latvia or Estonia for some reason but I know every jubilee there’s a huge event for all three Baltics now 35th anniversary comes there’s going to be a parade.
They say history repeat it self .if this happens again imagine the message it would send .A peaceful protest holding hands and singing no one was hurt .People power wins 🏆
Love to see this happening again peaceful holding Hands.Someone organise it
