Ok, the phone is open, but it didn't go just like in this video. When I tried to login to email, I got POP/SMTP error. After thinking a while I realized I didn't need any email, I could in fact access all youtube videos, but also google and the quick shortcut maker from there. So I just went and installed it, launched it, and voilá. Then I did the factory reset again from the settings menu and the phone is now ''new''.

Update, seems that the problem was that i had a Hotmail account, so i created a Outlook account, and the problem was solved. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much.
