Nein, das ist eine Ganache. Sie wird aus Schokolade und Sahne hergestellt.

@@samtzucker3067 ok dachte ich mir aber war mir nicht sicher möchte diese torte für mein sohn sein Geburtstag backen weil er ein großer Boxfan ist und selber Boxen tur dann dachte ich mir das ist die perfekte torte danke für die schnelle Antwort LG

0:21 cut a biskuit in the middle (size of the biskuit is 36x28cm)
0:32 do the same with a second and a third biskuit
0:41 first boxing glove
0:54 / 1:08 keep the cake in the fridge for about 30 minutes or leave it there over night
0:58 second boxing glove
1:13 left boxing glove
2:48 right boxing glove
3:27 use a warm spatula to make the ganache even, dipping it into hot water
