Kinda not a great mechanic. I prefer the way Splatoon 3 does it with their zombies mode. The company handbook in that game tells you how to deal with the Salmonids BEFORE you fight them.
Lethal Company is in my opinion one of the best games to play in a group. It’s so fun once you know what you’re doing and the funny moments are always plentiful and hilarious. So glad you’re all giving it a second chance!

I was watching Skizz during this stream, and I’ll never get tired of the surprise and elation in everyone’s voices when it was discovered that he didn’t die
Early on Skizz seemed like the unappreciated MVP of this dynamic. Turning off turrets, closing doors on monsters, keeping a close eye on everything to protect from afar. Meanwhile the others are like "He's just sitting in front of a screen, the lazy butt". Keep up the great work there Skizz, you'll prove even more worthwhile once walkie talkies are on the menu and you can communicate all the dangers to the outbound crew 👍
In terms of why Skizz always got laziest, I’d say that’s determined by how much scrap was brought to the ship by that person-of which Skizz did very little, thanks to being either dead or being in the ship

As a new friend of ours said when we died to a thumper in the same kinda way that happened at 39:20 "There's *always* a second thumper" 😭 You kill one and a second one always appears, no time to celebrate or get over the fear- just more fighting (or death).
Lethal Company is such a perfect mix of comedy and horror, a total blast to watch and play. The fact that it still remains scary even after you've played it for hours and hours really shows how effective the game is at what it sets out to do. All the more impressive that it was made by ONE PERSON! This game goes so well with your particular brand of chaos that I've been itching to see you guys play it more. You always make Phasmophobia super funny and every stream feels fresh, so I'm glad you're giving Lethal Company a second chance!

Great seeing y’all play this again!! There’s definitely a bunch of mods you can get where you can have 8 people play, fake doors, skinwalker where it takes your own audio and makes it sound like the monsters are your crew mates, and then newer monsters!

One of the funniest streams I’ve watched in a long time, also a suggestion for a big event for HC is to have a mini game stream where everyone gets together and plays the games at the charity mini game area, would love to see battle bane get played again.
Every time I hear "landmine", my mind plays the "GIVE HIM BACK! HE'S MINEEEE!" Also, Skizz telling Grian to say "come" is so funny out of context. I can't hear if he said "come in" or something but it's so funny to me because I can only hear the first word.
How to deal with the monsters (assuming you don't have weapons): Indoor Monsters: -Spore Lizard: Almost completely passive. You have to actively try to get killed by them. -Snare Flea: Constantly scan and watch the ceilings, they’ll remain stationary if you can find it before it tries to fall on your head. If it does get your head, you have to hit it off with a shovel. You can hit the Snare Flea off your own head, but you drop your items when it grabs you, so you have to grab your shovel off the ground to do so. -Hygrodere: It moves very slowly, so it will rarely kill you itself, with the main threat being it boxing you in. Avoid backing yourself into a dead end, and find an opportunity to sneak past ASAP. -Bunker Spider: Will only aggro if you touch it or the webs. -Thumper: It struggles to turn corners and is deaf, so break line of sight whenever possible. -Bracken: Look at it for

So I’d say just learn your planet doors to get in. They never change. Always be scanning (ABS) and take some time to scan monsters, in the ship look into the beast database. It tells you about them and how to defend. Or look them all up. Glad to see you’re being a great asset to the company 😎

Hitting a thumper with a shovel will reset its speed, letting you repeatedly bonk it until it dies. so you can hide around a corner to get the initial bonk, as thumpers are slow, slipery turners

It was a little disappointing seeing the reaction to it in the first stream, though understandable with what little direction it gives if you aren't paying total attention to every detail it gives to you right at the start (And you don't throw out the manual at the start lmao). The first thing you should buy should be a teleporter! It will help you immensely when in tough situations, like surrounded by coil-heads. The next best thing is the shower, because it clears up sanity whenever you see your dead teammates.
I really want to see more. I think the ability to create amazing moments in this game is vast. Have you been scanning the monsters? Your supposed to be able to scan the monsters then you get data on what they are called and how to survive them on the monitor to help learn how to avoid death. It’s quite possible I missed it

I feel like using the mod to invite more hermits into this shabang would be amazing. I think Joel would lose his mind. Gem would also probably enjoy it too. Im thinking maybe Scar, Grian, Skizz, Impulse, Joel, Jimmy, Gem, Tango? I think Tango would have an appreciation for the game and learning all it's quirks for sure. And having more people would definitely make it easier and less frustrating for the team as everyone learns.

Few things to tell u about the enimes in the game, spider is strong and reacts to feeling its web or u touching, horder bugs are docile and dont attack unless u steal near them or hut them, coil head weaping angle, dog works on sound, titans they are fast but they see based on movement and sound so hide stay still quiet. Thats the basic.
I think if you end up that far ahead of the quota it might be worth only turning in enough stuff to barely make it, saving the rest for the next quota...

I feel like using the mod to invite more hermits into this shabang would be amazing. I think Joel would lose his mind. Gem would also probably enjoy it too.
Im thinking maybe Scar, Grian, Skizz, Impulse, Joel, Jimmy, Gem, Tango? I think Tango would have an appreciation for the game and learning all it's quirks for sure.
And having more people would definitely make it easier and less frustrating for the team as everyone learns.

@impulessv2 at 1:140:00 skizz typed it in when the ship was still taking off that why you went to the wrong planet. At 1:45:29 the reason the bridge fell was the metal bridge can only hold 2 people but the concrete bridge can hold everyone.
Few things to tell u about the enimes in the game, spider is strong and reacts to feeling its web or u touching, horder bugs are docile and dont attack unless u steal near them or hut them, coil head weaping angle, dog works on sound, titans they are fast but they see based on movement and sound so hide stay still quiet. Thats the basic.
Also the thumper is a basic its fast in straight lines slow to accelerate can't basicly turn.
