if it smells like burnt oil while it smokes then keep an eye on the oil level, the best way to do it is to drain the oil completely, measuring it with a jar and pouring it back every 1000KMs. if it is consuming more than 50ml per 1000km then there is something wrong. A bit of smoking during startup is normal in colder regions provided there is no oil burning.
If there is oil burning (consumption), if your bike is under warranty, then immediately ask Service center to check. Service center may say it is normal, however it is ok only if there is no oil consumption. if out of warranty it will usually cost between Rs.7000(piston rings, valve seals, gaskets and labour) to 30,000(Entire head, cylinder kit, gaskets, consumeables and labour)!!! depending how damaged the engine is.

1- when i srart engin in morning it smokes white a little then gone but just when get cold its that ok ?
2- when i drive in return to N gear the bike slowly the KM number and down to zero then turn of is that the fuel pump?

You first change your cam chain tensioner it's 450rs I guess

engine oil capacity 1700 ml
oil grade recomended is 10w 50
these are false information in this video
but the work quite amazing
1700ml if the whole engine is rebuilt. 1500 if its a regular oil change.
Also oil grade can be changed according to climate conditions.. I think he lives in a hot environment, so 20w50 can be used instead of 10w50
10w50 will perform better at low temperature. But hight temperature grade is same (50). so it doesn't matter that much.
I use 10w50 on my RC200 instead of 20w50, because sometimes in winters it gets around 5-8°C here.
Piston bore change hota toh parmanent kaam hota.
