what happened was that everyone had been given a number on how long they'll live Bakugo had 9 hours so knowing this, he decides to spen the rest of his hours with Deku and apologized and hugged him at the last minute, probably to say goodbye
Oh bakugou Gave deku his life's cause he felt bad for deku for all he had done and he wanted him to live a happy life and cause he knew that deku didn't have much time because the way he was acting
POV: Bakugo knew something was wrong with Deku , so after awhile he concluded that Deku was lying with his lives and had got much less then he told to Bakugo and Todoroki… So he decided to give all his lives to Deku and said sorry for everything for that he gave he lives and thus died..
