Progamers get lessons in physical fitness

This video was done yesterday at the Pro Gamers educational class.
They learned many things, but this video focuses mainly on physical fitness, as they had a female instructor showing them the way.
On a more important note, you can see such things as IdrA at 2:47 and 7:40 of the video, also see Yellow[Arnc] passed out the whole time, Hwasin karate chopping his teammate during stretches, Ganzi wearing the most feminine shirt ever, and more.
