Dude don't stress the weigh ins!! Just a number, the other cat has more muscle and more fat to lose. that is it, and its different for all. Also every 5 or 10 lbs you need to readjust your macros, and make sure to get a refeed in there, even if it isn't a full out cheat, just eat over maint for a day, even a few to get you back on track.
Duarte Carvalho Just do what interests you, don't worry about looking even at first, you'll grow into it. Once you start hitting high numbers, consider evening out your physique. But by the time you're at high numbers, you'll know about auxiliary pushes, pulls, etc. So it'll be good. I recommend doing bench press, dumbbell curls, some bodyweight squats, pushups, sit ups, bent over rows, and dumbbell flys. that'll get damn near everything.
the shorter stocky fella is deffs on testosterone, like hes leaning out but still puffy face, just slightly less bloated even though he lost 20 pounds. either that or he smokes weed before the vids
