I have always loved tech break beat, but never knew any good artists. UA-cam has allowed me to finally find my favourite genre of music. this tune OWNS
So i guess I'll add some validity through my comment with past experience. First; I fell into hedflux by complete chance. A friend of mine had listened to Solar Fields (a music you should most def check into) and Hedflux came up as a suggestive listening, I've always been a huge Goa/Fullon/psytrance guy; and never heard of "psy breaks" before. Let me tell you this in uncovering hedflux: this is the end all of a badass genre that really doesn't exist. Through the party phase of the lower 00's Hedflux created a glorious combination of throw back breaks and traditional psychedelic electronic music. If it was not for my exploration of Hedflux; I would of never found this amazing remix that led me to Far Too Loud. Granted a lot of their stuff has a dubstep feel, but find the gems. Moral here: I crave more deep breaks, and nothing in the musical spectrum has given me more hope to the resurgence of breaks then hedflux, but far too loud is a very close second. Hopefully we will hear more of this sound soon.
Actually, this is a bit different, more melodic breaks. If you want truly deep sounds, my first pick would be Nanosphere. Nanosphere - Baba Tao to be more specific. Also check out Alien Flirtation, also by him. :)
FUCK MAN I wish Far Too Loud would just bring back Electro like this, he was one of the best at it. I HATE that he just trys to sound like other people these days -_-
Me too mate. I used to go out to clubs and think 'where did they find this music?' I've been digging the stuff on YT on Tasty Network and I've only just scratched the surface. In particular check out the Let's Be Friends remix of Sinner Winner. My head nearly exploded!
yea definately a kind of goa-esque feel to it the problem i have with far too loud is that it's hard to place his tracks in a mix next to other people and they need proper time to build and release (great breakdowns also)
if u look for (moodysmall, Newfoundland Secret Summer Gathering, and grass roots dissident), @ the minute 3:19 to 4:01 little bit of this song it is wicked played by Shaggy Gates :)
