Do you think Surging Sparks Pokemon Center ETB will out perform the booster box?
no way, idk what your timeline is but over time this stamped promo will have a hard ceiling just like any other single ( singles are volatile) where as booster boxes will just gradually go up with time
but yes, for the average collector only being in the hobby 1-2 years yes etbs MIGHT outperform ( and this is only a few sets that even have a chance to outperform a booster box short term)

I can only imagine How many of these etbs will be cracked just for the promo making sealed even more rare.
How in TF is this still available on the PC? That's crazy! I bought 4 cases myself. If you know you know. A lot of people are really going to miss out on this.

The problem with PCETBs is they limit how many you can buy easily. So it makes it hard to scale. So even big gains, 100%, 200% on 8 boxes? That’s not too exciting

For Twilight masquerade people are trying to pull that Greninja so you get more bang for your buck on the box opening and ripping the packs The sealed ETV PC is for long-term holds😂
Pokémon Center ETB for S&V are so new that we are all assuming they will not reprint them but if they do it will not affect 151 prices at all cause they will be bought up in seconds. I do hope they reprint these but if they don't these will continue to go absolutely bonkers. Definitely helps which promo is in the box such as the gen 1 Pokémon. I cant imagine how fast the terrestrial festival will sell out if the promo is an Eeveelution.
You say they'll be bought up in seconds, but Crown Zenith was "the greatest ever set" like 10 months ago and they can't give it away. There's been Silver Tempest for months.

Tons of people are gonna rip it because they want that Magneton promo. Tons more are gonna want that bad boy sealed forever on a shelf. Its an ETB with Pikachu on it... Also, art-wise (image and color scheme) it compares well with the Chonka V.V. ETB (which I like) and blows the Celebrations one out of the water.
Most of these PC etbs are still in stock in pokemon center so it doesn’t make sense to check secondary market since you can still get it at MSRP
Only stellar crown and shrouded fable are available in the pokemon center website
No one knows what's going to happen with booster boxes. I doubt they'll reprint PC etb into ground

No word on any real restock like SwSh era restock that crashes the prices of BBs, which is what people really want, sub $100 boxes after release because that’s how it worked for all of SwSh…

Do PC ETBS restock/reprint?
Not normally. It will go out of stock prior to release and then at release restock again but that’s usually it.
How do I get a Pokemon Center ETB in Italy? They don't ship to us :(
