My VCI lost connection. I went through the listed steps, forget device on both screens. Now when I try to PAIR NEW device, nothing is found. It's like my VCI has stopped working. I email tech support and explained the problem, I get back you mean your VCI No work? Also, It says it came with a card with a activation code. If it did, I cannot find that card. This is a tech support nightmare! I need my issues fixed! I can call tech support in Beiging China during Bejing time, but that's not possible. I will never buy another one
Similar issues here only my device came from factory faulty, and tech support is still shockingly bad , they are not intrested in your issues. My last Launch device ass well. So people be prepered if you get faulty device nobady will help you there!

My mechanic lost/misplaced the vci connector for my x431v v4.0(DS301) Will another DS301 work with this software on x431? If so, how do I delete the lost vci and install the next one?
I've owned and borrowed quite a few scantools over the past 10 years Autel,snap on,topdon to name a few but this launch is absolute crap won't connect issues all over the place on it.absolute rubbish.NEVER AGAIN!
Hello, I have a problem with x431 pro v3, I connect the vci to the car port and when doing the diagnosis it comes out updating firmware and 3 seconds pass and it says that the update has failed, what could it be? since they have available space and a good internet connection.

I purchased a scan tool at auction, when i go to register VCI I get a message stating that its been registered to another account. How do I go about resetting this so that I can gain control of it? Seems like the previous owner registered it but i have no contact to them.
Find the password letter in the product packaging box. After tearing it open, you can see the activation password of the product. It should be noted that the activation password is a one-time password and will become invalid after use. If you can't find the password letter in the packaging, please contact the seller you purchased the device from directly to inquire
Ive had my launch x431 pros v5 for nearly a year all working fine. Until suddenly the vci no longer reads any vehicles. Connects to tablet fine. Tried all the fixes firmare fix unistall software reinstall ect ect but nothing. Contacted help but got nothing but dragged in circles and eventually blocked. £600 down the drain what a waste!!
@launchofficial1860 in fact my equipment is a Lenovo tablet with just a mini USB for charging. the vci is bluetooth. is there a way to do ecu cloning with xprog 3 and my tablet? where maybe I should do it via PC with the adapter? What do you recommend because I don't want to buy another tablet. Thank you for your answers.
no need to unbind Open the diagnostic APP in the new device, and log in with the previous account and password. Then it will automatically search for VCI Bluetooth

This operation is not supported, so you can only contact the seller to reissue the VCI connector.

Hi, my vci is connected to another device but I can't deactivate it cause the screen is smashed. How do I get it to reconnect to another device?

Only the vci is launch. Still waiting for a replacement LCD for the device.
