Great Homemade Pizzas! | Pizza Dough Recipe | Tomato Sauce Recipe 🍕

Here's a pizza dough and secret sauce that you can easily and simply make at home.
This is a really easy and delicious recipe.
Once you make it, you will keep making it again and again.
Two healthy and delicious pizzas!
Be sure to try it!
♣ Ingredients
* dough
strong bread flour 330g
warm water 200g
dry yeast 2ts
salt salt 2ts
sugar sugar 4ts
olive oil olive oil 2T
After coating each flour ingredient with bread flour, add oil and knead while pouring warm water little by little.
If it swells more than twice after 1 hour of 1st aging, please do 15 minutes of 2nd aging after rounding.
After baking for 8 minutes at 200℃ (390℉), bake for 8 minutes at 190℃ (370℉). It's good to put the basil of Margherita in the middle.
* tomato sauce
Tomato paste 300g (100% tomato)
Minced Onion 100g
minced garlic 1T
sugar sugar 1ts
salt salt 1 tsp
dry basil 1/2T
* cheese cheese
mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese
