Hi, Could you please let me know what file path you provided under Upload Document and Download Document?
Plz check the file name and extension. The file name and extensiom you are passing to the Upload Document action, may be null.null
Correct file path with file name and extesion will be working fine. Plz make sure the 'name' and the 'extension' in the disctionary variable are in lower case(My research)

@@qualityassurancelab7764 it was the normal filepath but the file name and the extension (in the disctionary variable) after the file path should be in small letters.

nice tutorial. Suppose for the bank statements case in the pdf file 1 or 2 field will empty but other documents is fine then how can i proceed with that?
In such cases, pdf file with any blank field will store the value blank value in the csv file. Later on, we can work to get blank cell values using Excel package

Here in m y version the results output are downloaded in xlsx format not as txt format. I loop through all files in my folder but its taking only 2 invoices which I uploaded at the time of IQ bot training.
What files are present in the folder where you Looped?
@@qualityassurancelab7764 all scanned invoices with diff formats, i loop through each file in folder. And its not taking all files.

What if we have 100s of files?
How to manage?
In community edition we can upload max up to 150 files. So if it is 100 files also we can do it.
Extraction Result : FAIL: Response=500##Internal Server Error is it because of server or bot ??

Hi, thanks for the video. I have trained my bot with 3 documents and in task bot I am giving 10files in upload action. But in downloaded result folder I am getting multiple excel files. What could be the reason? I have one more doubt , what happens to the documents which does not get success?

How to get filepath in extracted documents?
Any way to split multi page pdf invoices based on invoice number, where one invoice can be one page or multi page. Lets see my pdf doc contains 100 of invoice data with 200 page. among them some have one page some are multi page, i need to split based on invoice number.

Hi, are you able to run other actions other than actions from IQ Bots package on A2019, e.g A taskbot which have only Message Box action?

@@qualityassurancelab7764 Yes i can run other Bots. Mam can you extract data only on page 1, on a pdf that has more than 1 page, using IQ bots? I followed your video and the data was extracted successfully but i only need the data in page 1. I was extracting data from 30 PDF files but i got 236 results. so i think its because the pdf file have different number of pages. Can i train my IQ bot to extract only on page 1? Thank again your videos are helpful.
@@motivatedninja3611 IQ bots extracts the values from the fields which are checked while creating learning Instance (Common Form Fields, Common Table fields).
Did you check the result files, were the data present from multiple pages of the PDF doc?

you must have forgot to put slash while writing the path C:\Users\vrushali\Documents\RPA\AA\IQ BOT documents for practice\Purchase Orders\$File{name}$.$File{extension}$
