The double bass is amazing. Sadly no one gives Lars credit when it's due. Anyway, this is easily one of the best songs of post-Burton's era, Jason's vocals really add aggression and power to everything. Underrated song.
Fue vamos increíble como era los 90s no como ahora que hay gilipolleces del Reggaeton el Trap y esas mierda que estan dañando al Rock al Heavy al Trash y eso
How's that cameraman gonna just NOT show James' right hand while doing those insanely fast and precise downstrokes through this whole god damn song? You let us all down, cameraman. You let yourself down.
They are not insanely fast, they're just about to break sound barrier!! Incredibly fast!! There's not a lot of things that are impressive, but accurately performing a 4 minute song in 3:35 with even harder attitude that is imaginable - is fucking impressive
I love the meaning of this song. The Never ending cycle of life death life. We seek answers here, given answers when we die and the cycle continues, on through The Never.
It was a great look for James wish he would have kept it. I guess Jason when he wants to just drops his wig on and it stays on because his head is nothing but Velcro here lol.
I also wish Jason would do more vocals, hes got such an awesome dark deep voice. You can really hear it when he sings a few lines live on Creeping Death
@@ottopalosaari8685 haha yes you can't hear Kirk in nothing else matters in any 1993 versions. Its jason who sings the strong harmony. Just listen to a new live version and you hear that Kirk barely sings on it.
I gotta say, it's pretty damn cool seeing that camera shot of Lars just rising up...
LMAO IT WAS SO COMICAL
@@_-_-_-_-_-_-_-__- wtf? It was badass
@@_-_-_-_-_-_-_-__- your existence is comical. Lars was awesome in that shot.
A wild Lars has appeared XD
👌

Well when it comes to metal drumming his playing is extremely simple and boring. Use of double bass or not.
They are playing it faster than the studio by a lot
see this music in san diego 1992
metallica guitarist better this way
offcourse thats logical
Metallica..playing a song faster live pre-2000’s..no way.. ;)
Play this on 1.25 speed, you won’t be disappointed
I was there and this is the song I enjoyed most that night, it was brutal and Jason’s vocals were sick as fuck.
Mexico 93 is my favorite live show by them hands down, the sound on the songs is just so raw and clear like its still studio recorded.
The one disliker, I will haunt you....
The best Metallica song ever
the drum kit sounds amazing
Best song on black album
You got that right
Dude your profile picture is so handsome , i like his style , who is he
I think the struggle within, holier than thou and this one are the most thrashier songs in the black album.
In this particular performance, yes. I also love the god that failed, sad but true, wherever I may roam and of wolf and man
Black album is a collection of their best songs.
ON THROUGH THE NEVER, WE MUST GO!!!
3:00 badass asf
Still hard to believe Jason had short hair during the recording of the live CD.
The Metallica Best song ever AND the Best live versión
Jason looks like he plays in The Misfits
Que joya
What if this song was on ride the lightning?
Then it wasn't on the Black Album

Hmm should I record the whole band or just this guy's right hand? Easy choice
The Black Album gets so much hate, but those people forget that this song and other bangers were on the album
Jason's vocals... 👌🏻🤘🏻
The power in this performances was just amazing!
This version is the best
San Diego is much better.
@@gers8711 don't be envious, it's above San Diego

He can hear him start to lose his brutal vocals
2:41-2:46 = sea of flesh.

i can’t tell if this is a joke or not. but the reason jason has no hair is because he donated it
3:42 元気だお(^ω^)
Increíble cantan como si fuera de estudio . original
I also hope this will be official some fucking day it would sell like hotcakes!!!!
Love this song
I feel like this song belongs on and Justice For All
I wish kirk hammett would do more vocals in more songs😔

Badass.
WTF? I don't think I've ever herd Lars ADD double bass to a song.

Está música me fez entender quem é o Metálica , uma obra prima essa música , as linhas de guitarras são como um trovão em um dia de tempestade
Jesus part of me believes this is sped up. They're playing so goddamn fast
They played like this then
Yet in BA tour they played more back beat than in 80's

"Thank yaoww"
Almost like studio quality of performance
De los solos más infravalorados de Kirk
Jason wear shirt from Seatle 1989 live .
this kind of PQ was way better than that over the top effect of San Diego...
Fuck me they actually sound like a tight band here lol
