Uche changed my car battery of about 90k & now the car refuses to start

All you do now is quarrel you need anger management or deliverence
1st thing that came to my mind was that maybe they sold him a bad battery so no need to take it out on Uche, go to the people who sold him the bad battery. I then saw the end and it looks like it was just an oversight and not checking everything out. You need to calm down Bro; if they (your workers) fear you too much then they will only give you the answers they think would satisfy you. Please consider what we in the comment section is telling you and treat/speak to your workers respectfully; it's a blessing to have help or to be able to afford help. You don't have to treat your workers like others treat them in your environment; YOU treat them like you would want to be treated if you were in their place.
Emma you need to learn how to control your temper no matter what, if you continue like this no go give your self blood pressure, also mind the how you talk to your boys, with love and respect so that they will always tell you the truth and respect you too

Emma, you need to be patient and calm. Even me, a lady, when my car gives such problem the first thing I do is to open the bonnet and check the wiring especially when it comes from the mechanic. I observe what the mechanic does during my car service and I have learnt how to change the car plugs, change the engine oil and check the wiring. So shouting without checking the problem, what if Ucge wasn’t around what would you do. As a man you need to learn simple automobile mechanical work. I am able to change my car tyre myself. I enjoy doing it and it saved me money when I was in Niger. Be a man please Emma and stop relying on these young ones you will not learn anything. I am not a mechanic but learned how to service my car as a lady. You are challenged Emma. You made Uche to start panicky and loosing confidence. Demonstrating Patience and gentleness should be your fruits of the spirit. You get frustrated too quick, people will always trigger you but how you manage that is important for your own good.

Uche don’t like conflict and he will do anything to avoid it. He was maltreatment By his step mother, his experience has created fear and anxiety in him so when Emma shout he reminds him of his step mother and will always want to please people that he respect and do the right thing. Tears in my eyes when I saw him like he was in a big trouble with Emma that he respect and adore a lot because of battery issue. He is of calm, quiet personality and doesn’t like trouble and like to maintain that. So please Emma stop shouting at Uche especially to allow him to heal and don’t traumatise him more.

Uche is a mechanic so he does know his job just that he relied on the people who fixed the battery without checking it after. So Uche too need to learn in case of next time and as a mechanic he ought to have checked the work after. The battery head positive or negative connection was loose and came off while driving it home probably due to bumps and pot holes on the road. I blame Emma he should have checked it himself before starting to shout. Emma is spoilt also having people do things for him so he doesn’t see learning other skills as necessary. In the UK you must be very rich to afford a house help as they get minimum wage weekly salary as set by the government. It is a job so no cutting corners or slavery. So how would anyone clean their house plus do other things if they don’t have necessary skills. You must do your stuff yourself.
