DOS is when you put a comment in a text box, using so many characters (think a doc file of 100s of pages) that the server is unable to process it and stay online. So many big websites don't put a cap on the number of characters in a text box. Easiest take down ever

A company contains a lot of confidential information, due to DOS attack employees of a company cannot reach to the company servers.
